LolaPet is a platform that facilitates connections between pet owners and people willing to provide temporary assistance (pet sitters).

Published requests are only visible to registered users within approximately 20 km of the entered address. When published, the request displays only pet details and an approximate address, without personal or contact information.

Exact addresses and contact details become visible only after an application is accepted and both parties confirm the agreement through the platform.

Users cannot delete requests. Instead, they can pause them to prevent further applications.

Publishing requests is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce a fair commission system in the future to maintain platform sustainability.

All payments are made directly between users, outside the platform. LolaPet does not handle payments, transfers, or financial guarantees.

We want the platform to remain a safe and pleasant space for everyone. Therefore, users commit not to use the service for: • offensive language, harassment, or abusive behavior, • false, misleading, or fraudulent posts, • distribution of illegal content or content that violates others' rights, • any actions that may affect the proper functioning of the platform. If a user violates these rules seriously or repeatedly, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the platform, without the obligation to provide compensation.

LolaPet provides the connection framework, but does not guarantee service quality and is not responsible for interactions between users. We recommend users to discuss expectations in detail and establish clear understanding before starting collaboration.
