Requests are only visible to users within the 20 km radius of the owner. Requests display only pet details and requested period, without personal data or exact addresses.

Exact addresses and contact details become visible only after an application is accepted and both parties confirm the agreement.

Users can modify their data anytime from their profile. Requests cannot be deleted, but can only be paused to make them invisible.

We commit to protecting user data and not using it for purposes other than platform operation. We do not sell or distribute data to third parties.

We use cookies to improve your experience on the platform. These help us to: • remember your preferences (e.g., stay logged in), • understand how the platform is used through Google Analytics or similar tools, • improve services and functionalities. You can manage your cookie preferences directly from your browser settings. We do not use cookies to sell your data and do not allow third parties to track you for personalized advertising.

By becoming a pet sitter on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that: • Negative reviews and comments mentioning your name may be published on the platform • These reviews will be publicly visible to other users with whom you will connect in the role of a pet sitter • Such publication does not constitute a GDPR violation as it serves legitimate business purposes • You assume responsibility for the quality of your pet care services • The platform reserves the right to publish honest feedback from pet owners
